I am a professional Executive Coach, with more than 12 years’ experience of working one-to-one with individuals. I am qualified at an advanced level with the Academy of Executive Coaching, one of the world’s leading coaching organisations and accredited with the International Coaching Federation. I work with both private individuals and organisations on a diverse range of personal and leadership challenges and opportunities.

I work both with private individuals and organisations. Outlined below are two of the primary ways I work with clients. Alongside these, I am also able to offer more bespoke packages tailored to your specific requirements.

Coaching Packages

A set of six coaching sessions per individual, each lasting 60-90 minutes.

Common themes in my coaching practice include:

  • Emotional intelligence – increasing performance through increased self-awareness and social-awareness
  • People skills – developing relational intelligence in leading individuals and teams
  • Building resilience in managing difficult conversations and dealing with conflict
  • Navigating transitions – promotion, organisational change, returning to work, redundancy
  • Building mental fitness – preventing / moving forward after burnout

This package is available for both private individuals and organisations. When working with organisations, this also includes an initial three-way meeting with the Coachee and Stakeholder / Sponsor to explore the focus, goals and desired outcomes of the coaching, followed by a midway review and debrief at the conclusion.

Coaching Clinics

I base myself at your organisation for one to two days per month, as part of your wellbeing strategy.

This approach has a number of key benefits:

  • Fosters a culture where it is ok to ask for help and where challenges can lead to growth and transformation
  • Allows issues to be picked up and dealt with early before becoming a crisis
  • Enables key themes to be relayed to senior management or HR as they emerge, benefitting the organisation whilst also guarding the boundaries of client confidentiality
  • Allows a wide range of staff to have access to expert coaching
  • Improves productivity, loyalty and staff retention because employees feel heard and valued

These clinics enable any employee to self-refer and book a one-to-one coaching session to explore any work or wellbeing-related challenge.

I have found this to be a core ingredient in personal and leadership development. Compassion invites rather than drives, and gives us the courage to name our current reality whilst not being defined or constrained by it.


Building on a person-centred foundation, I draw on a number of key psychological theories and tools depending on the needs of the client. These include but are not limited to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and a Psychodynamic Approach. Outlined below are the core principles of my coaching practice.

I create a high-trust environment where clients feel safe to be open and honest about who they are, the challenges they are facing and the growth they are pursuing.


Empathic Listening

I build rapport with clients and support their development by listening deeply and without judgement, taking time to hear and understand their unique journey, perspective and experience.


Support & Challenge

I partner with clients to establish the level of support and challenge they need to move beyond their comfort zone and unlock transformation and growth.


Emotional Intelligence

I invite clients to notice, name, process and move beyond the emotions that emerge – with greater awareness, compassion, resilience and ownership.


Relational Dynamics

I invite clients to notice how patterns in their relationships may be contributing to or hindering their growth, especially when navigating difficult conversations or receiving and giving feedback.



I invite clients to reflect on and celebrate their wins, large or small, honouring these achievements as key milestones which provide renewed strength, energy and passion for the journey ahead.

Training & Consultancy

Alongside Executive Coaching, I also provide Training and Consultancy.


With a background in education, alongside my coaching skills, I am adept in assessing knowledge gaps as well as creating bespoke, high-impact courses and programmes in line with organisational goals. Training can be delivered both online and in-person. Common themes include:
